Dr. Urban received his DMD degree and subsequently his MD degree from Semmelweis University School of Medicine and Dentistry (Budapest, Hungary) in 1991 and 1996.

He completed a full time program in oral surgery at St. Istvan Hospital in Budapest, Hungary (1992-1996). He completed his internship program in Periodontics at UCLA.

After he graduated from the Fellowship Program (1999-2000) in Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, he was appointed assistant professor the following year. Dr. Urban teaches implant dentistry in the graduate program at Loma Linda University. He is licensed in the state of California (USA) and has a private practice in Budapest, Hungary.

Dr. Urban received his PhD degree in Periodontlogy in 2012 at the University of Szeged, Hungary. He is currently an honorary professor at the University of Szeged.

Dr. Urban is a board member of the Osteology Foundation and has published scientific articles and text book chapers on bone regeneration and soft tissue reconstructive surgery around dental implants. Recently, Dr. Urban has become an adjunct clinical associate professor at the Department of Periodontology and Oral Medicine at the Univeristy of Michigan.

Nitzan Bichacho, D.M.D. holds the post of expert in prosthodontics at the rank of Professor, at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Hebrew University and Hadassah, Jerusalem, Israel. He is a Faculty Member of the Departments of Oral Rehabilitation of both dental faculties at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and at Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel.

He is Past President and a Life Member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED) and serves on the editorial boards of leading international dental journals. Prof. Bichacho is a co-inventor of the Nobel Active Implant System, the V3 implant system (MIS) and is the conceptor of prosthetic clinical techniques that have become widely used around the world.

Prof. Bichacho publishes and lectures worldwide in the fields of dental implant therapy, fixed prosthodontics, interdisciplinary treatments and innovative treatment modalities in esthetic dentistry. The Bichacho Clinic in Tel Aviv focuses on interdisciplinary treatments, collaborating with world renowned colleagues and dental technicians.

Dr. Kříž has been actively working in dental implantology since 1992. He gained experience not only at the most experienced workplaces, scientific congresses and internships abroad (Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Italy, USA, etc.), but also in the Czech Republic. In1999 he started his own private implantology clinic. During his many years of experience, he has placed more than 12,500 implants of various types and manufacturers.

In 2003 he was officially appointed a trainer of the Nobel Biocare system, in 2006 of the Astra Tech system and in 2014 of the Ankylos system.

He holds the certificate of the Czech Dental Chamber “General dentist with a certificate in the field of periodontology”. Since 2006 he has been teaching topics dealing with dental implantology as an assistant professor at the Dental Clinic for Children and Adults, 2nd Medical Faculty, Charles University in Prague and Motol University Hospital. In 2012, he completed postgraduate studies with a Ph.D. Participates in research and development in dental implantology.

He graduated in Dentistry at the Medical Faculty of Charles University in Hradec Králové in 1993 and the General Medicine at the same university in 1998. Since 1994 he has been working full-time on the 1st Faculty of Medicine Dental Clinic, Charles University in Prague, where since 1996 he has been a lecturer. In 2018 he was appointed professor of dentistry.

He has been working at his private practice in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1996. He has been actively involved in implantology since 1997 and he deals with the introduction of Swedish Branemark implants since 1998 – as one of the first in the Czech Republic. He worked at the university clinic in Zurich, Switzerland, and Dep.Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Guildgord, England.

He is also intensively devoted to the research which can be proved by successfully defended grants and the volume and quality of his publications with many articles in significant international journals and his extensive lecture activity not only in Czech Republic but also abroad.

He actively participates in teaching of undergraduate students of dentistry and general medicine at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. He is also involved in postgraduate teaching in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Charles University and the Institute for Further Education of Physicians and Pharmacists.

Dr. Rojas-Vizcaya is Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. He is the Founder and Director of the Mediterranean Prosthodontic Institute, BoneModels and dentalidea, and maintains a private practice limited to dental implant surgery and prosthodontics in Castellon, Spain. He is the Director of the Charter Chapter of the Academy of Osseointegration in Spain.

Dr. Rojas-Vizcaya received his DDS degree at the University Javeriana School of Dentistry in Bogota, Colombia. South America.

He received his University Specialty Degrees in both; Oral Medicine and Implant Surgery at the University Complutense in Madrid. He received his Certificate training in Oral Surgery at Gregorio Marañon Hospital in Madrid, Spain.

Dr. Rojas-Vizcaya completed his post-graduate specialty degree in Prosthodontics along with a Master of Sciences Degree in Prosthodontics, and a Fellowship in Oral Implantology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, USA.
