Comparison of augmentation procedures in atrophied lateral mandible

Prof. Foltán actively participates in teaching of undergraduate students of dentistry and general medicine at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. He is also intensively devoted to the research which can be proved by successfully defended grants and the volume and quality of his publications with many articles in significant international journals and his extensive lecture activity not only in Czech Republic but also abroad.

Dr. David Norre (Co-founder Dentius) graduated from dentistry at K.U. Leuven in 2001 after which he completed a MaNaMa in restorative dentistry at the same university under the supervision of Prof. I. Naert from 2001 to 2005. His interest in implantology led him to attend the Ulg Liège, where he completed 2 years of training in oral implantology from 2006 to 2008, under the supervision of Prof. Eric Rompen.

From 1999 until 2002, Frank Schwarz has worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontology at the University Homburg (Section Chair: Prof. Anton Sculean) as well as in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Ludwig Maximilians University, Munich.

In 2002 he moved to the Department of Oral Surgery at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, where he became Associate Professor in 2006, extraordinary Professor in 2010 and 2015 Full Professor of Oral Medicine and Peri-implant Infections.

Attended different courses in Periodontology, Implantology, Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics in Italy and at the Periodontal Department, Penn University, Philadelphia U.S.A.
Awarded at the poster and research session at IJPRD Congress, Boston (U.S.A.) 2016.
Private practice in Turin (Italy), mainly devoted to Periodontology and Implantology.
Lecturer in national and international congresses, author of scientific articles on Perio and Implant dentistry.
Reviewer of scientific journals in Periodontology and Implantology.
